If your ways of coping haven’t been working and you are looking for a positive change in your life, then perhaps Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) is what you want. Through the use of DBT, I can help you find tangible relief through learning how to manage emotions and urges better, become more mindful, have a higher tolerance for distress, and healthier interactions with others.
It is my goal that through this mode of therapy, you feel both heard and understood, and actually see your problems decreasing. I am also trained in EMDR and CBT, and will work to fit any of these different researched interventions to your needs as an individual.
