When our attempts to cope with and repair these issues no longer work, it’s time to seek professional therapy. I will collaborate with you and provide a warm, safe, nonjudgmental space so you feel supported while you develop interpersonal skills, learn to manage emotions, and improve self-awareness so you can make changes toward the life you desire.
I offer Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Cognitive Behavior Therapy for individuals, couples, families, and groups. Specializations: Working with adults, adolescents, and children with issues surrounding anxiety, depression, self-injury, trauma, addiction, and divorce.
