I work with adults 17+ years with personality disorders, mood disorders, debilitating anxiety and PTSD. I also work with couples and families in conflict. I help clients cope effectively with life using a comprehensive Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) program, including individual therapy and skills classes, as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Prolonged Exposure.
Before private practice, I worked with seriously mentally ill individuals of all ages, individually, in groups and as couples and families. In addition, I worked with adult women and men survivors of domestic and sexual violence, many with co-occuring addictions and mental illness. Now, I see clients at St. Louis DBT Wednesdays and Thursdays.
