Welcome to St. Louis DBT, LLC, formerly Healing Insights, LLC.  We are growing and adding caring, competent therapists.  We offer an array of classes and add new ones regularly so stop by to check us out frequently.  We serve adults, young adults and adolescents as individuals, couples or families.  We treat depression, anxiety, personality disorders, bipolar disorder, dissociative disorders we well substance abuse and eating disorders.  We work with clients with maladaptive behaviors, including suicidal thoughts and behaviors, self-harm, self-sabotage, chronic crises, overwhelming emotions, intrusive or racing thoughts and relationship problems with friends, family and co-workers.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a Cognitive Behavioral evidence-based treatment for problems like Depression, Anxiety, Personality Disorders and Impulse Control Issues. Created by Marsha Linehan, Ph.D., it is the “Gold Standard” of Borderline Personality Disorder Treatment. It consists of Individual Therapy and Skills Classes.  But what is a “dialect?”
